Medicare Advantage Plans

Medicare Advantage health plans offer all of the benefits covered under Original Medicare and more. Also, most plans include Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. To enroll in a plan, you must be eligible for Medicare Part A and continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium, unless otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party.

Plans offer the basic benefits of Original Medicare plus so much more including:

• $0 or low doctor visit copays, depending on where you live
• $0 inpatient hospital visit copays, depending on plan 
• $0 outpatient surgery copays
• Basic health club membership
• Sample plan benefits and copays   

Coverage through the Medicare Part D coverage gap with low copays for plan-approved generic drugs (partial coverage for preferred brand drugs in Los Angeles and Orange counties), basic dental, vision and hearing are included in most plans, upgrades available. HMO and PPO plans available. Medicare Supplement Plans

Medicare Supplement plans, also known as Medigap, offer you freedom to choose any doctor or specialist who accepts Medicare, with no referral needed. Coverage varies depending on where you live and which plan you select. Part D, dental and vision are not included.
